ORNATE Atomizer Launching News

Dear all,

We’re glad to introduce you the new ORNATE Atomizer from Joyetech.

The ORNATE Atomizer, detailed with the stylings of Neo-Georgian Architecture, brings forth such bold characteristics as the MGS triple coil head with three distinct airflow channels. Each air channel correlates with the featured triple airflow inlets for an ultra low resistance draw. The ORNATE sits prominently on any mod embellished by an ultra comfortable wide bore drip tip. Its 25mm diameter cleverly disguises a full 6ml juice capacity. In short, this atomizer looks smart but means business.

eGrip II settings

I'm getting frustrated with my eGrip II - it pops and spits after not using it even for a short time. The settings are so complicated that I don't know whether I've got the right settings or not. I've tried it with the Clayton 1.5 and the SS316 0.5. My juice is 50/50 PG/VG.

I've also got an eGo ONE, which I find quite good. It doesn't pop or spit much at all. I prefer MTL vaping rather than cloud-chasing.

How can I set up my eGrip II to give similar performance to the eGo ONE.

Logo instead of clock?

Hey, so I just got a VTwo recently and I love it!

At first I even loved the full screen clock but now that I uploaded a logo I wish I could replace the full screen clock with it.

What I dislike is there's no way (that I know of) to replace the big screen saver clock with just the logo.

Or even having an option to increase the 30 second delay for the main screen (the one with the stats+logo or clock) to turn off or switch to the screen saver clock. It's fixed 30 seconds and the timer option only affects the screen saver's duration.

On another note, a brightness option would be really nice if possible. (I also wonder if these displays are capable of showing different levels of white on a pixel basis so some pixels could be darker which would mean gradient colors and possibly awesome logo quality assuming the device can store the more complex image.)

Anyway, none of this is really important as this device is amazing as it is.

Hi guys,

I have an vtc dual with several high wattage tanks. one of them is a cleito 120 (0.16ohm) watt range is 100W- 120W and higer.
so i can't go further than 106.4W whit the cleito 120 无法决定 this also appears with my Smok TFV8 (0.15 ohm V8-Q4 coil) rated for 50W-180W tank and shows me the max. 106.5W that i can go...

Want a flat drip tip?

Would you use one? Who will make it?

I've used a few flat drip tip and they are very comfortable.

Problem is the airflow is always too tight. Usually just a small round hole 悲伤

I want that has a rectangular hole so flow is much faster.

These are too long and the hole is too small.

What I'm looking for is short and the biggest rectangular hole possible for this design.

Wont reset coil/cant adjust ohm

Hi im a complete newbie at this, so i apologize if its a stupid question.

After changing to a nickel and 1.0 head from the Ti i cant get the thing to do a reset and ask if its a new coil. In the beginning every time i unscrewed the tank it would ask me.

I am not sure if its related, but i cant seem to be able to change the ohm settings either, there will just be a lock or no lock.

I have tried updating my device to the latest firmware, but that dident seem to help.

Just read a WEB MD post about...

...the hazards of vaping. It is pure propaganda, and completely false.
read it here Whats in your E-Cigarette?

I responded with an email saying:

The chemicals you mention that exist in E Liquid actually do not, however they exist in large quantities in cigarette smoke. The dangers you say will be caused by metals can only occur if the metal coil is actually melted and inhaled, this may be a danger in a blast furnace melting large quantities of metal (its not really) but not in a tiny vaporizer. Your article is scaring people to not try vaporizers as a smoking cessation device, they will continue to smoke and they will get cancer, and they will die because of your article. E Liquid contains USP Propylene Glycol, USP Vegetable Glycerine, Nicotine, Artificial and natural flavors, and THAT'S IT! So think about the industry secret Blend in that marlboro? Think about the TAR and CHEMICALS PACKED into that smoke. so many hazardous ingredients they wont even say whats in there and your scaring folks to keep smoking them. The E Cigarette industry will wipe out the cigarette industry within 20 years, only then will we have a healthy and cancer free planet.

Temperature Control on the VTC Dual

Hi Joyetech Community,

I just got the Evic VTC Dual, which is a great looking mod and have some questions on temperature control.

My coil is Dual SS316L at 0.37 Ohms. Temp 450F. Firing at 30 Watts and TCR M1 set to 110 - cause a lower TCR on M1 will just fire for 1 to 2 sec and then the temp control kicks in. With the same settings, firing at higher wattages... eg 50 to 60 watts will just activate the temp control as well - not being able to fire more than 1 to 2 secs.

I ran the same atomizer with the same coil on a DNA75 and I can fire at 50 to 60 Watts and Temp at 260F with no problems. Just wondering if this is the norm for Joyetech mods... seems like the Temp control is over sensitive or is there something I'm missing.

Thanks for the help.

Glass size?

Can I get the dimensions of the glass size? Can't the info anywhere....

Took it apart to clean it and "CRRRRAAAACKKKK"

Or is there another atomizer with the same size replacement glass? STM was close but too tall unfortunately...

Egrip II (putting a tank on with adapter)

So I recently bought an egrip II and I loved it. Had an atomizer from the box that worked great with my VG liquid. The rest of the coils bottom feed and suck. My local store only carried the bottom fed atomizers. So I bought an Aspire Cleito. It already had a coil installed. It was amazing. Thanks to Joyetech for including the adapter in the kit!

But sadly I have another problem now. After installing the new coil my airflow feels different. I guess you can compare it to trying to suck a thick milkshake through a straw. The 'vent' airflow controller is fully open.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot?

I wondered if I needed to reset the egrip II for the new atomizer.
I did as the manual said and pressed the fire button with the tank off. Manual said I should have gotten the choice of new atomizer or same atomizer. I didn't.
My current resistance is .23
I'm pretty sure it was .53 before
I've wiped the connecters with cotton (no water)
Hopefully my connection hasn't messed up this quickly.
Like juice accidentally getting in between and such.
I miss my pink kangertech. But it had leaking and juice got in and messed up the 'connecters' at least it gave me a great 6 months.
My experience with vaping has been frustrating since then. Like I'm just full of bad luck with these amazing machines.
Help? Hopefully someone took the time to read this.
