eVic-VTC mini screen problems

Hi all

My eVic-VTC mini is six months old, used it with no problems until 2 weeks ago. First issue is that I have a weak Battery warning (is actually weak) with indicator showing a full battery (i test it with 2 extra batteries). Second issue is when my mod is in sleep mode without using it or touching it the screen turns on(every few seconds). I tried downgrade it to an old firmware and upgrade it again to the latest, but with no result. Any thoughts how to fix it?
