eVic VTwo Mini Blank Screen Fire Button

Hold down the fire button, the screen goes blank. Let go, it comes back.

Its not the battery or the atomizer, as this is a brand new unit and I've swapped out all the parts with an identical one that works normally.

Any ideas?
