I have been using the Vtwo Mini for a while and was really enjoying it, comparing it to past mods it is superior in its features, build quality, software (updates) and the screen. Although last week it stopped charging through the USB port. I have used various different charging cables and different plugs and it still does not charge. I have also updated the device as it is still recognized by my laptop which has not resolved the problem. I need this device to charge through the charging port as I am unable to carry a battery charger with me when I am not home.
Also I sent an email to the Joyetech technical support and to their service email about this with no reply which i thought was shoddy customer service.![无法决定]( "无法决定")
So guys I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone knows how this can be fixed.
