eVic VTC Dual with ULTIMO

My new eVic VTC Dual with ULTIMO (Black) just arrived today.
I'm very happy but I had a few questions.

This is my first time using a ceramic coil. I'm not exactly sure what settings to choose for a ceramic coil. I searched around for any help I could find with choosing the correct settings, but I'm still a little confused and I'm not 100% sure that I am using the correct settings.

These are the settings that I am currently using:

I'm using 2 batteries
Ceramic Coil
TEMP SS316
360 F
40w
It's reading 0.56 ohm
I also have the air flow open about a 1/4 of the way.

I'm using a digital clock, but I think it only allows military hours instead of AM/PM. I would prefer AM/PM if possible. Is there a way to do that?

I also have it set to 40w because I don't want to drain the batteries fast, but I don't know if it makes a huge difference.

I'm not cloud chaser. I use 12mg nicotine and I take a big hit and hold it for about 5 seconds and then let it out. And I only take about 1 or 2 big hits and then I wait about 10 to 20 minutes, or longer, before I use it again.

So is TEMP SS316 the correct setting to choose for the ceramic coil?
I do prefer to use temp control, but that is because I have mostly used Nickle coils in the past with my old box mod.

Also, the tank seems to get very hot with the settings that I am currently using after I take 2 big hits. Is that normal?

If somebody else is using the same eVic VTC Dual with ULTIMO and a ceramic coil, what settings are you currently using? Or what would be the perfect settings to use?
