eVic Vt dont fire the atomizer

Hello every body.

I have the evic VT (first version), the problem is wen I try to burn in any mod (Ni, Ti, Power), the evic don´t fire, this happen in any atomizer and is the same whit the ego One, and if I put any atomizer, the evic don´t read the new value of the resistance, and if I unplug the atomizer, the evic dont reset the value in 000, the evic show some value but is not the correct value, is like the evic need to reset or reload the firmware again, but this version don´t have the option or the button, what can I do?



I think that the problem is in the software, because if I choose the mode Ni, and press the fire button, in automatic the system choose the mode Power, and the evic only count the time for the protection but dont work the atomizer.

Note:the resistance is not locked
