I have a vtc Mimi that just stopped working. I only had it for a Few days, and it died. It is still covered under warranty, but the vendor does not do returns so I have to send to the manufacturer. I was told they would send me everything to return it in, but I still have not received anything. Does anyone know if I need to do anything else or am I doing anything wrong ? It sucks being without a vape while trying to quit smoking, and having to share with my husband. Is this a common problem with joy tech? This is the 2nd devise I had that broke, but the one place we went to let us return it in the store unlike this place. Thank you.
